Responsibilites:

  • This traineeship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, compliance, and digital transformation. Trainees will work alongside experienced professionals to support enterprise systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to strategic IT initiatives.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and documenting enterprise IT issues, either in Software Development or IT Digitial Workplace team.
  • Support asset tagging and lifecycle management for IT hardware and M&A activities
  • Participate in ISO 27001-aligned compliance checks and Cyber awareness activities.
  • Contribute to stakeholder-reports and Risk Assessment.
  • Help maintain and optimize IT infrastructure and field services
  • Collaborate on educational outreach and tech support for internal users
  • Document technical processes and assist in governance audits

Requirement:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Information technology or equivalent
