Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Account Management:

  • Direct sales of vacuum pumps, systems, parts, and services in Singapore.

  • Meet individual and company sales targets set by the General Manager.
  • Lead efforts to penetrate key market segments: food processing, hospitals, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, and semiconductors.

  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Support and train inside and outside sales staff.

  • Brief the sales team for daily customer engagement and selling activities.
  • Assist in pump forecasting and achieving monthly/yearly sales turnover targets.

  • Customer Engagement & Technical Solutions:

  • Handle inquiries, generate proposals, and follow up on quotations.

  • Work closely with customers to identify application possibilities and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Conduct product and application training.

  • Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market pricing across Southeast Asia.

  • Track and report sales efforts via weekly/monthly reports and Sales Funnel Reports.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in engineering or sales roles.

  • Skills:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and collaborate within a team.
  • Analytical mindset for market and sales data.
