**Trade Sales Executive (1 year contract)**
**SINGAPORE**

Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Trade Sales Executive/Sr. Trade Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role will be based at our Madame Tussauds Singapore.

**About the role...**
- Support annual site sales & marketing plans, offering insight into key market opportunities.
- Work with key trade partners / agents / OTAs to develop and implement sales initiatives and campaigns to meet site’s targets.

Identify the most effective delivery for inbound trade and post-arrival through existing partners as well as developing new partnerships.
- Work with the Regional Trade Sales Team and key stakeholders to establish and execute a robust recovery trade plan to deliver Inbound Trade volume, revenue, and yield targets for Singapore Midway attraction.
- Ensure consistent Trade Partner Channel classification for all sites.
- Develop new Trade packages to suit market needs.
- Drive corporate and school group sales and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of tours and experiences.
- Provide sales and ticketing admin support such as product creation and implementation, and familiarization requests.
- Develop regular trade reporting for the site’s sales performance.

**Creativity & Communication**
- This role requires creative and flexible thinking, and a dynamic, innovative approach as new systems challenges arise, as well as constantly looking for ways to improve existing reporting and processes to ensure the output is accurate and timely.
- The role requires an uncompromising approach to obtain the end report results required and a calm and considered demeanour to keep the business on side and focused on working towards a common goal.
- Key stakeholders are marketing, trade sales, operations, and finance.

**Decision Making & Autonomy**
- The role requires a strong understanding of the financial and operational information that is critical to the business and an ability to make decisions on the product and report set up that is aligned with the information required.
- You thrive on ownership and accountability - and have a proven track record of acting on your own initiative to deliver sales

**About you...**
- Have a minimum 2+ years’ experience within Tourism and Travel Trade Industry
- Ability to manage and influence a large number of stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programmes effectively
- Proven ability in a B2B sales environment
- Experience for developing and tracking against a business case
- Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight from
- Strong interpersonal skills and being able to adapt style to different environment.
- Budgeting and financial management experience
- Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for sales acquisition.
- Complexity & Problem Solving
- A proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and hit the ground running within a hands-on role
- Operate in a dynamic environment which is impacted by a host of external factors, an innovative approach is required as business challenges arise. These may require finding new and innovative ways of working.
