**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert technical support to customers for UPS and DC Systems, including coordination with end-users for installation, commissioning, and maintenance/repair activities.
- Collaborate closely with customers and engineers to guarantee that site work is conducted safely and efficiently.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the startup and operation of UPS and DC Systems.
- Manage and follow up on maintenance contracts to ensure services are executed promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the UPS and DC power industry.
- Highly self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel overseas within Asia on short notice.
- Possess own personal transport.
