Senior Finance Analyst

Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial information. This includes providing variance analysis to the LBE and Plan, supporting both Singapore and Malaysia divisions for both balance sheet and P&L.
Duration : 12 months contract (renewable / convertible)
Working hours : 9am to 6pm
Working locaton : Bugis
**Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial information. This includes providing variance analysis to the LBE and Plan, supporting both Singapore and Malaysia divisions for both balance sheet and P&L.
- Reporting inventory split reports to Area Finance, performing CPRR reconciliations on a quarterly basis, and providing weekly sales reports to the commercial team.
- Regularly reviewing the balance sheet to ensure accuracy and timeliness, coordinating with CFS/shared services on necessary accounting entries, preparing journals for month-end closing, and supporting GMI projects such as FOC reduction and CPRR efficiency are all part of the responsibilities during month-end closing.
- During the annual costing process, supporting the loading of transfer prices in the system is a key task. Other duties may include involvement in improvement projects, loading customer prices per contract, mapping customer data (MDM), acting as the first line of approval for Finance, and conducting ad hoc analysis.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in in Accounting and/or Financial management
- 3-5 years of experiences in Financial analysis / business partnering, working experience in an analytical environment
- Experience in Audit or Big Four firms would be advantageous. Strong financial understanding and modeling skills are required, along with the ability to translate strategic goals into effective financial interpretation.
- Integration and change management skills, as well as hands-on experience, are preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
