Senior Analyst, Vision Finance

The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for leading all business analytics, forecast planning, and latest thinking processes for APAC region. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with various business partners to improve forecast accuracy through variance analysis and commentary consolidations, providing the unique opportunity to present to senior leaders. This role will serve as the main point of contact for AP business leaders, business unit finance colleagues and finance colleagues from other functions in the APAC markets/ region.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Consolidate, challenge, and present forecast updates and latest thinking
- Prepare and present forecast update presentations used for senior leaders
- Collaborate with the leadership team and budget owners to improve forecast accuracy
- Standardize, simplify, automate forecasting and reporting practices (Tableau, Alteryx etc) and be a change agent to SigniFi program
- Partner with other finance groups, such as Global and GS, to ensure accurate financial results and reporting
- Manage forecast update BRAVO submissions and ad-hoc forecast requests/analysis
- Manage SOX requirements, SOPs, audit activities, etc.
- Partner with regional supply chain to drive improvement of risks and opportunities process to increase maturity level of integrated business planning
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting/requests & perform analytics for decision support to business partners
- Ongoing finance function improvement projects, around optimization of reports, analytics, and business support processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably with prior experience in business partnering.
- Strong analytical skills, good communication and business partnership skills, strong planning / prioritization under tight timelines.
- Detail oriented, highly accurate and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate across all levels.
- Be committed to recurring reporting requirements and the flexibility to react to unexpected demands and special assignments, as well as shifting priorities under tight timelines. Takes ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to challenge, improve and optimize current processes, hands on mentality. Critical thinker and good business acumen.
- Excellent technical skills, with strong computer aptitude and advanced Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint and financial and planning database tools. Experience in SAP/ TM1 preferred
