Senior Finance Manager, Vision Care

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial stewardship and budgetary ownership for the Vision Care Cluster, ensuring robust financial governance.
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to provide franchise finance partnering and strategic insight into franchise projects and initiatives.
- Drive the Training agenda and mentorship engagement for the Vision Finance Team, enhancing team capabilities and empowering members.
- Ensure the alignment of compliance standards and processes, reviewing distributor operations in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Manage a diverse team of BU Finance Controllers, FP&A Analysts, and finance leaders, fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation.
- Oversee business planning cycles and lead financial forecasting efforts tailored to the Vision Care Cluster.
- Challenge market business assumptions, providing financial independence in projections and developing alternative solutions as necessary.
- Engage with cluster office and business teams to deliver on key financial metrics and drive simplicity and standardization across processes.

Key Stakeholders:

- Cluster and Country leadership teams for Vision Care Cluster Markets (SEA, TW, ANZ, IN)
- Vision Care Asia Pacific Leadership team
- Vision Finance Leadership team
- Distributor management as required

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accountancy/Finance.
- A minimum of 10+ years of finance business experience.
- Proven ability to influence business partners using fact-based data.
- Strong collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust among stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and empower teams while attracting and developing talent.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
