**Job Description** Customer Service**
- Show confidence in dealing with customers in different situations
- Create a good rapport with customers by providing a positive customer experience at all times
- Manage customers’ expectations by offering the appropriate support and/or solution

**Operational**
- Manage Singapore Dollars & foreign currencies float effectively and accurately
- Assist Teller to collect Singapore Dollar deposit and cash processing
- Perform Teller duties if the need arises
- Ensure accurate transaction validations are performed
- Maintain accurate daily cash holding balances
- Perform daily check on foreign currency stock holdings
- Other ad hoc duties assigned

**Compliance**
- Adhere to Bank / Department policy and guidelines strictly to ensure task is carried out properly

**Team Work**
- Assist colleagues to achieve team goals by offering support and advice
- Encourage and promote team work within the team

**Qualifications**
- Degree in any related fields
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience in money changing or branch operations especially in remittance, cash and foreign currencies
- Pleasant disposition with excellent service aptitude
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and high integrity
- Amiable, independent, reliable, efficient, willingly to learn and able to work under pressure.
