Manage daily tasks in marketing, sales, and trade execution. Administration & Process Escalate any problems and issues with work processes to senior sales or Unit Head for resolutions. Assist the Unit Head in new product development. Assist the Unit Head with daily administration requirements. Adhere to all guidelines, policies, and limits. Upgrade technical competencies where applicable. Compliance Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements. Strictly adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards. Client Relationship Management Assist in onboarding new clients, including due diligence and compliance. Provide administrative and client service support. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues. Qualifications Preferred experience: 1-2 years in treasury dealing for experienced candidates. Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance, economics, or related field for fresh graduates. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Skills Required Understanding of treasury products and financial markets. Strong communication and presentation skills. Analytical and quantitative skills. Knowledge of financial markets, currency trading, and risk management. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Proficiency in financial software and trading platforms. Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
