We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Executive. **Job Description**:
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function within the finance department. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, verifying appropriate approvals and coding.
- Prepare and perform weekly, monthly, and annual payment runs.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve invoice and payment-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes related to accounts payable.
- Generate financial reports and analysis related to accounts payable as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the accounts payable function. Provide support to other areas of the finance department and any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
