Job Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan PR efforts and drive media engagement for the portfolios of Entertainment (Sands Theatre, Spectra Light & Water Show); Nightlife (MARQUEE Nightclub and AVENUE Lounge); and Special Events, highlighting Marina Bay Sands as a leading lifestyle and entertainment destination.
- Support key entertainment events such as Sands Live concerts, movie premieres, celebrity talent tours and red carpet events, and nightlife-related activations. This includes media monitoring and pitching lifestyle and entertainment stories, inviting and hosting media and KOLs for ad-hoc events, and overseeing PR reports.
- Support media engagement for the Greater China market, working with the appointed PR agency in China to organise media familiarisation trips, story seeding, and ensure agency deliverables are met.
- Aid with departmental responsibilities such as updating media content/assets on Marina Bay Sands' website, collating media coverage reports and daily news briefs.
- Assist with any other projects as required by the department head.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
- Degree holder

Experience
- An agency background with at least 3 years of working experience

Other Prerequisites
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and intensive work environment. Due to the nature of the work scope, there will be regular weekend and late-night duties.
- An independent self-starter who is passionate about the entertainment and hospitality sectors.
- Adept at Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and basic imaging tools and software.
