**What the role is**
- DEPUTY MANAGER, SYSTEMS
**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of a team overseeing the systems of the Foreign Vehicle Permits Division. You will be required to review existing system processes and business rules and propose changes to improve the system regularly. You will also work on new digital transformation projects, hence having a wide interest in technology and strong knowledge of latest market practices and trends will be an advantage. As part of project implementation, you will be required to develop solutions, justify project viability, prepare tender specifications, evaluate tenders, manage budgets and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver the projects. You will be involved in handling customers’ feedback and manage a 24/7 operations environment.
**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: -Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Studies, or related disciplines such as ICT Technology/Telecommunication -Relevant experience in the following would be an advantage: -Management of complex system projects and/or systems hosted on cloud -Data analytics or data science -High cognitive and analytical ability -Excellent writing and presentation skills -Highly adaptable, able to work both independently and in a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
