We’re searching for a **Deputy Director** to be part of our **Facilities** Department diverse team of talent. You will lead a team to operate and maintain the Cleanroom Systems. Be the Subject-Matter-Expert for both the Mechanical and Electrical Systems.

**What you will be working on**:

- Coach, mentor and train fellow on technical know-how to ensure department technical competencies are up to highest standard
- Ensure mechanical, electrical, cleanroom system is properly and always maintained to maximize productivity
- Formulate and implement operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs for systems to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times
- Monitor and review system performance and capacity usage to ensure continuity of cleanroom operations with zero disruptions
- Review, recommend and implement changes to workflow to achieve company and department goals in relation to cost saving and operational improvement.
- Ensure plant complies with internal SOPs, external regulatory and EHS requirements
- Participate in the cleanroom expansion facility and continuous improvement projects
- Perform/ supports quality investigations in a timely and thorough manner
- Working closely with Operations and Quality team ensuring optimal plant performance
- Lead in troubleshooting issues and drive root cause analysis
- Support other duties as necessary

**More About You**:

- Master/ Degree in Engineering
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab environment
- Cleanroom experiences required
- Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Cleanroom systems
- Coaching/ mentoring and project management experiences
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
