YOUR ROLE

To ensure all import shipments are cleared promptly and accurately through custom with proper documentation and to make delivery to customers within the stipulated time.To support customer service in their commitments to the customers to achieve customer satisfaction

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Arrange permit declaration via Tnets

Generate delivery note and collate all shipping documents

Updating milestones in system

Liaison with vendors for all urgent shipments and specific arrangements

Liaison with customs on import issues

Survey arrangement, Issue payment to vendors
Job closure for Billing

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum GCE ‘ N/ O’ Level or equivalent experience

At least 1 years of related experience in the industries

Logistics experience in Ocean freight industry will be advantageous

Competent in Microsoft office skills including simple macro programming will be advantageous

Computer literate

Competent in Microsoft office skills

Good communication and Customer Service skills

Possess initiative and positive attitude

Team player
