**Roles and Responsibilities**

Assist the manager of the SAC to:
1. Provide logistic support for activities and wellness programmes that focus on building the elderly’s self-help capacity including
- On-site active ageing programmes which may be recreational/ social and cognitive in nature sometimes in collaboration with external providers
- Organising and Participation in community events and outings
2. Administrative Duties
- Maintain a daily register of seniors who participate in activities and programmes at the Centre.
- Maintain data for submission
- Assist with money collection, issue receipts, maintenance of petty cash and requisition of centre supplies
- Provide support to the centre cleaner to promote and maintain the cleanliness of the centre
- Ensure centre maintenance tasks are done regularly, eg. Aircon servicing, LEW reviews etc.
3. Volunteer Engagement
- Encourage senior participation and volunteerism through promotion of senior initiated and implement activities and ideas
- Assist the Volunteer Management Executive to engage volunteers to run programmes and activities
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 'O' Level holder or ITE diploma holder
- Any relevant diploma in social services
- Physically Fit
- Good interpersonal communications skills
- Team member skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Occasional weekend duties with overtime pay or time off-in-lieu as contractually appropriate Centre-based
- Monday to Friday (44 hours/week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
