We are looking for a passionate and professional Testing & Automation Specialist to join our Digital Factory team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Section Head, Testing & Automation, the incumbent will be responsible for the automation of test cases within Omni-Channel Technology.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in automation or in testing, we want to talk to you.

**What You'll Do**
- You will analyze test case specifications and create automated test cases for the project.
- You will compile and organize automated test cases so that specific testing scenarios can be run without intervention.
- You will document individual test cases in the testing platform, and review past test cases periodically for optimization.
- You will need to test code for enhancements/bug fixes to ensure compliance quality assurance policy requirements and best practices and in accordance with business requirements.
- You will work closely with the project team to report bugs from the projects/enhancement and ensure resolution of the bugs.
- You will conduct prioritization of bugs, leveraging business understanding and technical comprehension of the issue.
- You will manage communication of bugs, problems and escalations to internal and external partners / vendors as required.

**Who You Are**
- You have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Science or related IT discipline.
- You should have minimum 3 years work experience in testing enterprise and retail solution across platforms.
- You should have solid understanding of automation principles and programming experience.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- You should have excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
