Singapore MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and gather automation requirements.
- Lead and implementation of test automation and plan the schedule.
- Lead script code reviews and provide guidance on automation best practices.
- Responsible for the research and implementation of advanced features. Provide consultation on the most complex testing strategies
- Provide training and technical support to the test program users. Develop and enhance the automation skills within the team.
- Responsible for the design, enhancement and future growth of test automation architecture and framework.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in test program development or Automation development
- Strong communications, influencing and writing skills
- Prepared to learn new languages and technical skills as required
- Extensive hands on experience building an automation framework from scratch using python / C# with a framework such as Robot Framework.
