Aon is currently recruiting an **Regional Analyst - Total Benefits Advisory & Management, Asia **to join our Regional Health Solutions team in Singapore. This is an opportunity to work with colleagues and clients across to region, a hands on experience to learn local benefits program.

**Responsibilities**:

- A strong team player to provide analytical support to our Senior Consultants in delivering employee benefits projects
- Be part of a dynamic team focused on employee benefits and healthcare data
- Key team player in client projects to analyze data, benchmark benefits competitiveness, conduct employee survey, run cost projection and develop recommendations for new benefits program
- Engage clients to understand data and responsible for accurate interpretation of information collated
- Work with colleagues within and across the region to analyze and design benefits program
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to roll out employee benefits communications strategy
- Work on multiple projects and efficiently handle timelines, milestones, and delivery
- Analyze and make sense of employee benefits data to provide own perspective to assist the design of benefits program
- Design, develop, test, maintain and improve analytical tools to drive innovation and efficiency
- Explore and build statistical and machine learning models to draw insights from the data
- Implement automated quality control mechanism into analytics and reporting
- Data visualization - Responsible for designing and delivering visualizations that present key insights derived from the data analysis
- Have an eye for aesthetics and good user experience design
- In addition to delivery of new projects, assist in support and enhancements of existing data projects and visualizations
- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, market trends, and best practices in employee benefits
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

**Requirements**:

- BS or MS degree in actuarial science, mathematics, computer science or other related field with strong statistical background
- Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in consulting firm(s), broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred
- Solid experience in Employee Benefits including Flexible Benefits is a definite advantage
- Deep working experience in handling and wrangling of data using analytical tools (incl. Excel)
- Data modelling experience for analytical/reporting systems
- 3-5+ years in-depth experience in working with Tableau and other visualization tools will be ideal
- Recent working knowledge in SQL and Python is preferred
- Organized and meticulous, with strategic approach and case management skills
- Eagar to learn, self-motivated and with positive personality
- Ability to handle projects with ambiguity in requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
