**Position Summary**
The Aftermarket Sales Manager, RoA is a key commercial position within the Industrial Asia Pacific organization and will lead and drive the growth of our aftermarket business within Rest of Asia (ROA) regions. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue to achieve our entitlement through the delivery of exceptional aftermarket sales coverages in the region.
**Primary Responsibilities include**:
- **Aftermarket**Business Development**:
- Develop both industry and commercial marine aftermarket business in RoA region.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities and our installed base to identify and seize the market opportunities for spare parts, maintenance contracts, repairs, upgrades, and billable field services.
- Develop and manage the aftermarket budget and forecast processes in RoA region.
- **Aftermarket Sales Management**:
- Work, monitor, and achieve aftermarket sales goal setting by company.
- Drive aftermarket sales growth through proactive customer engagement and channel partner management, ensuring a robust aftermarket opportunity pipeline through rigorous use of CRM.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and value selling to optimize revenue and market competitiveness.
- Follow up all RFQ’s are timely quoted, and all quotation are tracked, opportunities are followed with the status updated.
- Support channel partner all requests from RFQ to goods delivered process.
- Collect AR and monitor AR performance of all accounts.
- **Aftermarket Channel Management**
- Work with FM sales team to optimize channel development and management, develop new channel on business needs.
- Drive and improve channel partner aftermarket performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify AM accounts classification, differentiate implementation strategy
- Manage and solve channel conflict to protect both CIRCOR and authorized channel partner’s privileges.
- Follow CIRCOR trade compliance policy to ensure channel partner’s all businesses are compliant with CIRCOR trade compliance policy.
Job Requirements:
- **Required skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or aftermarket sales, preferably in the industrial pumps, or commercial marine or related industries.
- Experience on channel management.
- Excellent customer relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of international business practices, specially in APAC region.
- Proficiency in CRM software, funnel management and data analysis.
- Fluent in English.

- This role will be based in Singapore and will require significant international business travels.
