Leoch International, a leading supplier of lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Special Assistant to the Chairman, Head of Capital Markets and M&A. This position plays a crucial role in managing investment financing matters and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with investors.

**Responsibilities:
1. Investment Financing:

- Collaborate with the Chairman and Head of Capital Markets and M&A to develop and implement investment financing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment opportunities, financial markets, and funding sources.
- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and presentations to support investment decisions.
- Manage the due diligence process, including coordinating with internal teams and external parties.
- Assist in negotiations and the structuring of investment deals to optimize financial outcomes for the company.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and provide regular reports to the Chairman and executive team.

2. Investor Relations:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests for information.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investor meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate investor events, such as earnings calls, roadshows, and investor conferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact investor relations activities.

**Requirements**:
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Law or a related field.

Certified Public Accountant with experience in big four auditing firm.

At least 20 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or mergers and acquisitions.

Strong financial analysis skills and a deep understanding of investment principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
