**MergersCorp M&A International is a leading advisory brand, offering Investment Banking services with focus on Cross Border Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance to clients across the world.**

We provide a range of investment banking services to lower-middle and middle-market businesses: deal execution, deal origination, valuation of assets, business plans and financial modelling, Capital raising, debt raising, private equity financing, Debt restructuring, Exit strategy reviews, Strategic advisory and more.

Our Cross-Border M&A services are Strategic Advisory, Sell Side Advisory, Buy Side Advisory, Fairness Opinions, Business Valuations, Hostile Defense, Divestitures, Tender Offers, Spinoffs, Carve-Out to the World.

**Responsibilities**

While each experience differs by division, you can expect:

- Experience and exposure across a variety of groups and individuals
- Mentoring from senior investment bankers
- Deep understanding of market data
- Real Deal analysis and formal presentation training
- Consideration for a full-time offer based on demonstrated performance and potential

**Qualifications**

University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship

Example: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**This is a 6 Months-FREE Internship, consideration for a FULL-TIME offer based on demonstrated performance and potential.**

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: $95,709.00 - $106,218.00 per year
