Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and industry professionals in the region, acting as a key point of contact. Support senior bankers in preparing and delivering pitch materials and presentations during deal origination efforts. Engage with regulators, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, and addressing deal‑related queries. Supervise and mentor junior bankers, ensuring high‑quality output and professional development. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential deal opportunities in Southeast Asia’s capital markets. Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field from a reputable institution. Minimum of 6 years of investment banking experience, specifically within the Singapore market. Strong analytical capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative, with solid expertise in financial modeling and accounting principles. Deep understanding of capital markets and hands‑on experience executing M&A and IPO deals in Singapore. Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions, coordinate multiple workstreams, and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Business development mindset with a proactive approach to sourcing new opportunities. Highly driven, dependable, and capable of managing competing priorities under pressure. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels, both internally and externally. Committed to high standards of professionalism and ethical behavior.
