Singapore HEALTH MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Full time

An opportunity to be in an M&A-focused internship with our corporate development team is now available
- Assist in the quantitative and qualitative evaluation and execution of M&A projects, including financial analysis. The intern will gain perspective, experience, and practical knowledge in running the M&A process
- Coordination with cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders for post-merger integration efforts
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal/external discussion
- Assist in the preparation of competitor benchmarking
- Deliver research on the industry and public/private companies
- Support in integration initiatives between Group entities

**Requirements**:

- Students who are in their year 2-4, and from either of the following courses: (i) Finance, (ii) Banking, (iii) Accounting, (iv) Banking & Finance
- Prior internship (non-accounting/audit-related internship) demonstrating experience in investment, finance, or M&A related will be advantageous
- Able to commit a minimum 4 months from January 2025
