Abacus Capital runs a Corporate Advisory practice in which the firm advises corporate clients on strategy, capital raising and M&A. The Analyst at Abacus Capital will be expected to participate in the entire lifecycle of the advisory deal process, from origination to execution. Our main industries are Corporate Services, Cyber Security, Health and Wellness and others.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Origination, structuring and execution of M&A / Fundraising / Corporate finance deals
- Financial modelling and valuation analysis, using different methods, e.g., DCF, market comps, etc.

Preparing pitch books, info memos, investor presentation materials for client meetings

Due diligence & valuation analysis on corporates and assets

Market, industry and company research and report writing, use of databases, e.g., Bloomberg, CapIQ, etc.

Good stakeholder management, liaising with different teams, clients, and third-party advisers
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or accounting or closely related areas of Business Administration
- Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience would be considered
- Strictly not more than 2 years of working experience with M&A experience (i.e. investment bank, Big 4 Corporate Finance/Transaction services)
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Experience assisting with client development
- Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Proficiency with Bloomberg, CapIQ, Excel, PPT and Word
