**What the role is**
- Plans and manages human resources functions and related administrative processes in workforce planning and workforce analytics.

**What you will be working on**
- Review workforce structure and capabilities to support restructured organisation and new operating models;
- Review medium and long-term sustainability of workforce (of PA, RCM/NCMs and contract staff) in the areas of staff establishment structure, manpower expenditure, manpower supply and flow-through;
- Manage PA staff establishment matters including Management Framework (MMF), Re-investment Fund (RF), Programme Fund (PF) and partnerships schemes to ensure PA headcount is within MMF baseline;
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to review the PA manpower needs for submission to PSD/MOF;
- Support the evaluation of job profile, job descriptions and value to ensure fair structure and equity between jobs;
- Data management including understanding data requirements and cleaning databases to integrate HR data with other systems/analytical platforms; and
- Analyse datasets and prepare reports for the purpose of workforce planning.

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum - Good management skill with two years’ work experience
Desired - Preferably 2 years’ HR work experience
- Experience in using Workday will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills & comfortable in handling large datasets.
- Good interpersonal, communication, management and organization skills with positive attitude.
- Self-driven and able to work independently and in team and able to multi-task
