**Scope**

**Skills and Experience You Bring**
You’ll need to be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of working experience i n managing end-to-end recruitment or as a HR generalist/ Business Partner, and possesses

Strong management and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people at all levels; and An understanding of Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP).

You’ll also need to be able to multi-task, handle stressful situations and tight deadlines; thrive in constantly changing and ambiguous situations; and adapt to new situations and challenges
