The Project Manager for Private Banking Products is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and enhancement of financial solutions tailored for high-net-worth clients. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Project Management**:

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product launches efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, and oversee end-to-end processes and systems for successful product implementation.

**Process Optimisation and Improvement**:

- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement within product initiatives.
- Implement standardised operational procedures to drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all product lines.
- Manage product-related systems to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless product lifecycle execution.
- Conduct regular updates with stakeholders to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment on project goals.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all processes, systems, and projects adhere to regulatory and audit standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to enable smooth project execution and operational stability.

**Deliverables**:

- Drive timely and successful product launches.
- Optimise processes and systems for maximum efficiency.
- Foster collaboration and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards and achieve zero audit findings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in project management, ideally within private banking or financial services.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to drive alignment and deliver results.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks within the financial sector is a plus.
