A regional private bank is seeking a meticulous and motivated Product Management Manager / Assistant Manager to support its growing investment product platform across Singapore and Hong Kong. This role ensures robust product governance and control across all asset classes including FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Derivatives, and Mutual Funds.

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct due diligence, risk rating reviews, and ongoing product monitoring.
- Maintain documentation and ensure policy adherence across product cycles.
- Prepare MIS and performance reports for product and regulatory oversight.
- Support post-transaction reporting and data accuracy.
- Manage product onboarding, reviews, and system setup processes.
- Participate in system testing and enhancement projects as assigned.
- Ensure full compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Support internal/external audits and provide required documentation and responses.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 5-8 years of experience in investment product management within private banking.
- Familiarity with due diligence processes and risk management concepts.
- Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Regulatory and legal knowledge relevant to Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Proficient in internal stakeholder coordination and audit preparation.
