Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Temenos Product Owner with a strong background in Private Banking and Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the industry, extensive knowledge of Temenos Core Banking, and excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to handle projects independently and represent the bank effectively in all meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership: Act as the primary product owner for Temenos Core Banking solutions within the Private Banking and Wealth Management sector.

Project Management: Handle projects independently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Stakeholder Management: Represent the bank in all meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable product features and enhancements.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies that align with the bank's goals and customer needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Temenos Core Banking solutions.

Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and updates based on business value and customer feedback.

Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that all product releases meet the highest standards.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Temenos Core Banking solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Over 15 years of experience in the Private Banking / Wealth Management industry.

Product Owner Experience: Proven experience as a product owner in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

Temenos Expertise: Deep knowledge of Temenos Core Banking systems.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively represent the bank in meetings and presentations.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Leadership: Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product success.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification: Relevant certifications in product management or project management.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the technical aspects of Temenos Core Banking and related technologies.

Customer Focus: Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
