**Key Job Functions And Duties**

1. Develops and supports customizations of the Finacle core banking system.

2. Interfaces with the software vendor for any additional support required.

3. Establish, communicate, and help enforce best practices for the team in various development and support activities that ensure system reliability.

4. Build and lead the development team responsible for customizing, extending, and integrating the Finacle banking technology platform.

5. Leverage product expertise to address technical issues and offer solutions. Foresee and proactively address technical risks, issues, and dependencies.

6. Lead technical design discussions with stakeholders. Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical solutions

**Skills**:
1. Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient and easily maintainable code

2. Translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software.

3. Collaborate closely with other internal technical teams/business users in investigating, testing and deployments

4. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines

6. Good communicator and be comfortable working on a variety of assignments

8. Analyze business requirements and produce low-level system designs

9. Hands-on experience in Developing FINACLE and FINACLE E-Banking solutions

10. Finacle customization tools custom workbench, scripting studio, report designer

11. Sound knowledge of the Finacle Data Model and the Finacle core banking platform version 11.x.

12. Hands-on experience with Finacle Scripting and associated technologies.

13. Hands-on experience with Finacle APIs, Finacle interface development, Finacle customization, and Finacle extension development. Sound knowledge of Finacle end of day/batch processes, Finacle workflows, and Finacle reporting tools.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
