Assistant Vice President

**Your background**
- We are looking at an experienced hire who is responsible for managing L2 Support, control agenda and enhancements for a licensed vendor solution - Finacle Treasury. Key requirements include:

- Hands on knowledge of the technical architecture of Finacle Treasury and its interfaces with other systems such as Finacle Core, Finacle Payments.
- Good understanding of the front to back flows within Finacle Treasury including trade capture, settlement, as well as finance PnL reporting
- Familiarity with different UI functionalities in Finacle Treasury
- Strong coding skill using Unix scripts or Python
- Extensive experience with database technologies
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent analytical and problem solving / investigation abilities
- Good interpersonal skills as a team member
- Accountability and ability to work under pressure

**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of financial Products such as FX, Bonds and Interest Rate Swaps
- Front Office experience and understanding of Risk/PL
- Experience in web technologies such as ReactJS, REST API

**What you can expect**

**What you will do**
- Address user queries on Finacle Treasury Deal Capture & Account Recon Modules.
- Enhance the core framework to continuously improve Finacle’s stability and achieve operational efficiency
- Streamline the services on the Application servers, external connectivity - FTRD, Reuters, Bloomberg and EOD Batch Processing.
- Proactively identify areas where technology can bring in efficiencies and automate manual monitoring.
- Manage internal and external risk/control deliverables associated with Finacle Treasury - this includes preparing suitable responses for internal & external audits inquiries.
- Contribute to development and enhancements of the BAML Bank in a Box interface layer which is a critical Quartz initiative to support the business (FO Risk/Intraday Risk/OPAL Risks and PL). Required to explain and reconcile difference in Risk and PL metrics to the stakeholders.
- Migration of local downstream interfaces to source the data from Quartz repositories
