**To support the daily operations and administrations for both the logistics and warehouses**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for inventory management
- Ordering packaging materials for warehouse
- Receive incoming stock and enter into the system in a timely manner
- Generate pick and pack list and documents of outgoing shipments
- Generate and update stock reports
- Maintenance of storage area in the system
- Liaise with different stake holders (internal and external to arrange movement of stock from warehouse, external stakeholders & customers)
- Assist in inventory management including inventory reconciliation and physical stock take at month end or other frequencies for various warehouses
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on all import & export shipments preparation, including pre-shipment arrangement for FCL/LCL loading/pick up/warehouse transfer
- Liaising with forwarders/hauliers on container truck in/out, logistics arrangements,
- Timely update of records on containers and trucks IN/OUT schedules daily
- Ensure proper filing of shipping documents in hardcopies checked against shipment checklist and softcopies in the server
- Work closely with Operations and Production team on day-to-day activities
- Perform other duties as assigned. Duties will arise from new requirements of business needs. Duties will vary according to the competence level on individual level.
- Assist in reporting of daily attendance and miscellaneous

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

- **Min. Diploma in any field, preferably in Supply Chain Management**:

- **At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Customer Service in sales/ manufacturing/logistics industry.**:

- Able to follow schedule and manage task orderly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under stress
- Willingness to learn
- Positive and proactive working attitude
- A good team player with willingness to share and help others
- Ability to initiate without being asked
- **Singaporeans Only**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $2,500.00 per month
