Tuas, Singapore Yusen Logistics (Singapore) Pte Ltd Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

  1. Execute and manage assigned business accounts
  2. Translate customer's requirements to operational tasks
  3. Develop and maintain customer's KPI, SOP and objectives
  4. Ensure customer management and review reports are completed according to required deadline (monthly, quarterly or annual)
  5. Ensure timely communications and follow up with internal & external customers and suppliers' queries
  6. Resolve operational services failure with customers and operations team
  7. Achieve operational improvement including reduction in claims, service failures, maintaining inventory accuracy and profitability of assigned accounts
  8. Responsible to supervise, coach and develop the assigned team members
  9. Facilitate stocktaking activities
  10. Ensure accurate billings for services rendered
  11. Ensure safe warehouse practices and security is complied
  12. Ensure high standard of cleanliness & housekeeping of warehouse area
  13. Perform any other duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager from time to time

Job Requirements:

  1. Qualification: Diploma. Diploma in Logistics or Information Technology or Business administration is an advantage
  2. 3 - 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and resource management in warehouse environment
  3. Proficient in Warehouse and Inventory Management applications
  4. Committed leadership with excellent communication skills
  5. Good problem-solving skills and resource management
    1. Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset
  7. Competent in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint
  8. Strong computer skills and WMS proficiency
