**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage shipping documentation and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (Customer Service, Warehouse, etc.) and external partners (Freight Forwarders, Agents, 3PL, etc.)

**What will you be doing?**:

- Lead a small group of team member.
- Oversee daily shipping operations, manage documentation, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Review & improve current process flow, workflow, SOP from time to time to best suite current practice & environment.
- Lead on monthly & yearly closing (system & physical)
- Lead on internal & external audit related.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (Delivery Note, Invoice, Packing List, SDS, COA, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure smooth shipment arrangements from the factory (3PL) to customers.
- Ensure compliance with shipping requirements and logistics regulations.
- Address any logístical challenges to maintain efficient operations.

**Who are You?**:

- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**What competencies will you need?**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle logistics challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask efficiently.
