Main Task
- Supervise the Logistics Operations.
- Keeping warehouse environment and inventory clean and orderly.
- Enforce Quality control and ensure accuracy of Incoming & Outgoing goods.
- Ensure Proper Documentation processing for incoming and outgoing goods and

meeting deadlines
- Monitor Upload Daily Stock Status in common drive as per Warehouse Process procedures
- Conduct Morning Tool Box Meeting.
- Organize and implement Daily Logistics arrangements (DWI - Daily Work Instruction) given

clear daily instruction to workers.
- Plan & Monitor Daily Work Progress of worker achieve task for Daily Work Plan.
- Execute warehouse activities to Inbound and Outbound shipments, receiving, checking, ensuring

compliance to Qty and Quality.
- Sign for acceptance or remark accordingly on the delivery order of supplier or our delivery order to Client.
- Updating and Maintain Stock accuracy and records.
- Ensuring segregation or quarantine of goods in proper procedure. Discrepancy to be noted, recorded,

and reported, awaiting further processing instruction. e.g. Damage Goods, Return to Supplier..
- Correct and efficient storage of all goods received or returned in accordance to proper documentation

and processing of material requests, customer demands and order picking.
- To ensure Receiving as per procedure
- To ensure Delivery as per procedure
- Practice daily Housekeeping e.g tools back to orginal place, clean Flooring, clear daily rubbish.
- To ensure workers welfare and safe management practises.

Special Task
- Ensure all warehouse equipment are in good condition.
- Send Equipment for Calibration in accordance before expiry date.
- All Original Calibration Certificate must return & keep by office.
- Plan & ensure Driver schedule for Vehicle maintenance, Check Tyre & Renewal of Road Tax.

** Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 & Forklift driving licence**
