**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the development and QA teams with front, middle, and back office users to deliver changes on schedule and to a high standard.
- Recognizing and recording the relevant business and operational needs
- Close collaboration with software development teams to guarantee that user requirements are comprehended and developed in accordance with the documentation
- Compiling development and testing costs and incorporating them into official project plans by collaborating with the applicable product owners or project managers.
- Managing numerous stakeholders in the areas of FO, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Global Technology
- You'll take the initiative to identify bottlenecks, competing priorities, and gaps that are known and undiscovered.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in Post Trade Technology teams like payments, reconciliations, conformations, or reporting
- Ease in working with matrixed and global environments, a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to be a hands-on technologist
- Experience with MS Visio, Project, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
