As a Barclays Structured Rates Trading AVP, you will join the Rates Options and Structured Rates (ROST) team. **What will you be doing?**
- You will be responsible for the market making of interest rate products and its pro-active risk management and attracting customer deal flow
- Being responsible for execution of trades with sales teams across the regions
- Engaging clients and sending useful information to sales teams
- You will be the Market maker for Interest Rate Options and Structured Notes
- Running a global book and need to work very closely with our counterparts mainly across Japan, HK, SG, New York and London.
- Generating trade ideas and work closely with Sales to come up with solutions that help serve our clients better in a market making role
- Performing market making activities and portfolio management mainly for global clients with main focus for Japan based clients
- Liaising with research and Sales teams and perform own analysis to develop trade ideas for clients as well as general portfolio positioning

**What we’re looking for**:

- University / Master degree from top schools
- Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Python, VBA
- Good team worker, able to build robust relationship with internal and external stake holders
- One-five years of experiences in Front Office

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Direct experience in rates options trading
- Excellent interpersonal skills
