Senior Analyst, HRis

**About our group**:
The Seagate HR Information Systems Team develops and implements information system plans that meet our HR automation, data and digital records requirements. Using a cloud-based HR systems, we provide an integrated technology platform with simple self-service and reporting capability. We manage our global HR management system and perform system configuration. We work closely with HR product and Service Centers and act as technical liaison between HR, our internal IT teams and HR systems vendors.

**About the role - you will**:

- Participate in the execution of requirement gathering, testing and production deployment for global HR cloud-based human resource system.
- Participated in HR cloud-based human resource system test cases data entry and integration testing.
- Perform configuration changes in HR cloud-based human resource system and deploy the changes into production using SLDC methodology.
- Provide HR systems interface related maintenance and support such as form configuration, system setup and mass updates.
- Developing reports to support troubleshooting, data analysis and mass update activities.
- Plan and setup periodic programs and plans for human resource system.
- Work with software vendors, internal and external stakeholders and ensure the development of proper requirements, testing, training, project timeline documentation for system use and maintenance.
- Project manage system changes from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Possesses strong knowledge of Project Management Skills.
- Possesses strong knowledge of MS Office Skills.

**About you**:

- Able to develop and manage relationships with software vendors, internal and external stakeholders and ensure the development of proper requirements, testing, training, project timeline documentation for system use and maintenance.
- Must be self-motivated, independent and a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Bachelor’s degree: IT, Computer science or other Engineering majors.

**Your experience includes**:

- Have at least 5 years experience in IT/HR system analyst gathering system requirements, performing HR related and/or system configuration, testing, production interface deployment for cloud base HR management system.
- Experience with HR transformation project and participated actively in integration testing and production deployment for HR cloud-based human resource system configuration changes.
- Have at least 5 years experience in providing HR systems interface related maintenance and support. Possess strong technical knowledge of HR cloud base management systems.
- Have at least 5 years experience in managing, supporting and directing all phases of a HR cloud base system program/project or direct integration/interface from inception to completion.
- Ability to conduct knowledge transfer and sharing sessions with junior members and peers of the team.
- Have strong knowledge of general IT principles related to development changes, testing cycles, and deployment strategies.
- Strong project management skills in both HR and IT related payroll projects, configuration changes, interface changes and HR transformation projects.
- Possesses strong knowledge of MS Office Skills.

**Location**:
The Shugart site (named after Seagate's founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center.
