**We are looking for an HRIS Analyst**:
You will be responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to draw conclusions that help streamline HR processes. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all leaders within the organization stay updated on key HR metrics. The types of data-led insights you will offer include:
- Suggesting ways to improve the organization structure
- Identifying trends in performance and attrition data
- Improving hiring metrics
- Maximizing ROI on training initiatives
***Responsibilities**:
- Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, employment records, exit interviews and payroll outputs
- Design and manage employee surveys and exit interviews
- Develop assessments for potential and current employees and update employment records
- Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
- Own and maintain the HRIS system (currently BambooHR), working in partnership with the HR Operations team.
- Present results of employee performance evaluations
- Visualization of HR data by implementing a dashboard of key metrics for use by HR and management
- Gather and disburse government labor statistics, new employment regulations, and labor laws
- Analyze competitor's practices and make recommendations to management
- Prepare reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership
- Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
- Facilitate implementation of new employee training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives
- Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field
- 2+ years of experience in human resources analytics
- Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Docs / Excel and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Desirable**:
- Human resources certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred)
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software
- Experience with BambooHR
