**Key Responsibilities**:
This position focus on the global total rewards programs, overall performance of the HR systems, analytics and associated processes within this chemical manufacturing business.
**Total Rewards**:
- Plan, manage and facilitate Company’s Total Rewards program with internal leadership and shareholder.
- Annual compensation cycle: Responsible for the global annual compensation cycle including the Incentive Compensation Plan and other compensation program.
- Global Total Rewards Policies: Creating and implementing global or local Compensation & Benefits policies.
- Manage the Total Rewards cost projection, budget, budget and analysis. Collaborate closely with finance team.
- Conduct review of 3rd party payroll vendor to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Regular review, propose and implement of total rewards plan design, system improvements.
**HRIS**:
- Develops and leads analytics, reporting and dashboard using advanced data reporting/visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint Online etc.)
- Accountable for system implementations including testing plans, documentation, tracking and resolution of all identified system and integration defects.
- Recommend and streamline work processes improvements, including system enhancements, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Accountable for the accuracy and integrity all employee data maintained in the system
**Required skills**:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS implementation in MNC.
- Proficient in using Microsoft excel. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices and applicable legislation.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of HR metrics.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and data driven.
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering discipline required.
