We are looking for a Senior Manager, Events (Weddings), to join our team
**What You’ll Do**:
Lead and manage the end-to-end planning and execution of weddings and social events.
Drive wedding sales and business development, including proposals, contracts, and client engagement.
Organize and oversee signature wedding fairs and showroom setups to showcase our offerings.
Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Banquet, Kitchen, Front Office) and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
Provide expert consultation to clients on wedding packages, menus, and hotel services.
Maintain and grow a robust wedding client database to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay ahead of wedding trends and market insights to develop innovative and saleable wedding products.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, financial policies, and operational excellence.
**What We’re Looking For**:
Minimum 3 years of experience in wedding or social event management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - fluent in English and conversant in the local language.
Degree holder with solid knowledge of sales, event operations, and hospitality systems.
Creative, proactive, and a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Willingness to work flexible hours and manage multiple events simultaneously.
