Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases and prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and staff orientation material
- Revise and maintain up to date staff handbook, employee intranet and HR document depository management
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process
- Support in receptionist duties and general office administration
- Participate and support in HR projects
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Recognised Diploma or Degree in Singapore
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
