**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- The Enabling Guide (EG) website is a first-stop web-based resource for persons with disabilities and their caregivers residing in Singapore. Through pulling together relevant information and resources, organised according to disability types, life stages and specific needs, the website empowers persons with disabilities and their caregivers to make informed decisions about support options that best meet their needs. Sector professionals from the disability sector can also use information in EG to support their clients.
- As the Content Developer of EG, you will play a vital role in preparing, writing and optimizing the website's content to provide a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with various parties within and outside SG Enable to ensure EG’s content continues to meet the needs of persons with disabilities and their caregivers. Your meticulous attention to detail, excellent project management skills and familiarity with content management systems will be crucial in maintaining EG's relevance, efficacy and appeal.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Management**
- Regularly prepare, update and publish content on EG
- Ensure all content, including text, images and multimedia, adhere to EG guidelines
- Conduct regular reviews of EG to maintain high quality and error-free content
- Engage and collaborate with relevant business units and other stakeholders on content development and upkeep
- Develop content for EG such as information toolkits, service directory and collaterals
- Oversee knowledge management and upkeep processes of disability supports and resources
- Support the optimisation of content for search engines (SEO) to improve EG’s visibility and rankings

**2. User experience**
- Track and analyse web analytics, user feedback and other relevant data
- Continuously review and enhance EG usability and self-navigation for a seamless user experience
- Engage relevant business units and other stakeholders on relevant findings and recommendations where applicable

**3. Collaboration and project management**
- Engage external web maintenance vendor to implement enhancements, conduct periodical technical checks and troubleshoot website issues
- Work closely with the communications team and other relevant stakeholders to align EG content with ongoing campaigns and promotions
- Manage projects relating to EG reviews and enhancements
- Support or lead in EG publicity initiatives
- Provide secretariat support to the EG workgroup
- Oversee work processes and contractual matters relating to external vendors

4. Participate in special projects and workgroups as required

5. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong grasp of IT, multimedia tools and web-based analytics (such as Google Analytics)
- Strong project management skills and able to work independently
- Excellent written communication and content writing skills
- Diligent and meticulous
- Keen interest in the social service sector
- Previous experience in similar roles preferred
