**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Specialist to join our Creative Team at Hustle Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and design a wide range of visual materials, including but not limited to: brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, and promotional videos.
- Create and edit videos for various purposes, such as promotional videos, instructional videos, event coverage, and testimonials, ensuring high-quality production standards and engaging storytelling.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials, adhering to brand guidelines and effectively conveying the essence of our training centre.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and video editing software advancements to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the creative team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and deliver designs that align with their objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design and video content.
- Assist in photo and video shoots, providing creative input and ensuring the captured footage aligns with the intended message.
- Maintain and organize a library of graphic assets, templates, and video clips for easy access and reuse.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
- Proficiency in graphic design softwares (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas, adapting them to various mediums and platforms.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Experience in creating animations and motion graphics is a plus.
- **Proactive** and **self-motivated**, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
