Senior Sales Manager

The incumbent is responsible for leading MHI-AP’s efforts as a regional hub to expand the refrigeration system market in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine, etc.).

**Roles & responsibilities**

New Business Development
- Manage sales staff, and supervisors, and monitor their workloads.
- Take initiative in business development to receive new orders.Support MTH to receive new refrigeration system orders.
- Prepare for new bidding in Southeast Asia including Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine, etc.
- Compile estimations and materials for bidding.
- Educate/Support local sales partners in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, and Myanmar).

HR Management
- Lead, evaluate and develop the Refrigeration System BU staff, including direct instructions on sales activities to team members

**Jobs Requirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business
- A wide range of knowledge on sales activities and engineering functions
- Multi-year experience on sales and/or commercial in large plants, such as refrigeration units and power generation plants
- Ability to coordinate between MTH Japan and MHI-AP
- Able to work under pressure
- Chiller operation, maintenance, and trouble shooting (i.e. system, refrigerant and fundamental)
- Effective communication skills (written and spoken) to interface with parties both inside and outside the organization, overseas and Japanese customers and Mitsubishi group counterparts such as MTH Japan with Japanese language and English
- Japanese Language Proficiency of JLPT N1 is required as there will be frequent correspondences with counterparts in Japan.
