**Job Description**:
**The role**

This position will be responsible for providing effective tender handling, when received from internal & external customers, and align opportunities together with Company’s growth & strategy

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Global Tender Management to join our function based in Singapore

As the Assistant Manager, Global Tender Management, you will:

- Lead/Prepare/Support Global / Regional air & ocean freight RFP/RFQ/RFI responses within the agreed timelines, ensure high quality and consistency of data accuracy
- Verify with account owners and customers for actual service requirement and develop strategy and approach for each tender received
- Identify opportunities and communicate through to procurement teams and local offices to ensure the right pricing is being prepared & sourced
- Coordinate with respective departments to consolidate the pricing and informative data for the RFP submission
- Follow up and comply with internal procedure to continuously improve overall communication flow between internal and external parties. Prepare Cost Analysis for tenders
- Collate and prepare Management Reports across the Global for business opportunities and overview. Ensure delivery and execution of the tender management process

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor Degree
- Must have experience in air & ocean freight RFP/RFQ/RFI
- Be really good in excel
- Air and Ocean Tender/pricing experience
- Independence with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of regional business and cultural diversity
