APJ Regional Technology management and consulting professional with 20 plus years of experience in leveraging information technology for solutions sales, business development and transformation, and strategic alliances with proven ability to implement plans, and strategies, to increase sales, technology & solutions adoptions.

The applicant will work with cross-Micro Focus teams to ensure that the appropriate level of support is delivered at the right venture for the interactions.

**The requirements are**:

- A seasoned professional who engages with Global System Integrators and client organizations based across the APJ region, helping them make strategic decisions for the overarching technology architecture that aligns with the organization’s goals. With experience in Global Alliance management and Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and execution
- Extensive experience in partnering with the HPE, DXC and Accenture alliance partnership across APJ with an emphasis on jointly developing and executing Micro Focus/partners solutions on:

- **DevSecOps (HPE Point Next Center of Excellence)**
- **“DXC SaaS for Micro Focus” offerings (DXC One Cloud).**
- Experience in deal constructions and domain expertise on the DXC Connect/ELA platform with Micro Focus solutions
- Deep knowledge and experience on HPE with (an emphasis on GreenLake) joint solutions and developing successful HPE joint solutions on Micro Focus
- Wide network and useful working relationships with key executive leaders and decision-makers at HPE and DXC across the APJ region and in-country (India, SE Asia and Australia). Ability to access key execs to influence deal outcomes
- Extensive Experience in multiple technical domains that focus on Digital Transformation, including Hybrid Cloud, Automation, DevOps, Application Modernization, and AI/ML analytics.
- Lead architecture and design engagements on DevOps/Infrastructure operations management and automation with Alliance Partners on how Micro Focus meets the Business/IT needs of their end customer.
- Experience in presenting Micro Focus products as solutions with strategic/technical level content at the CXO level.
- The seasoned professional should have worked in Operations Management, Service Delivery Management, Change Management, Commercial Management, Project Management, and the management of specific functional process areas. He/She should have also been, involved in the organizational transformation of IT resources, devising strategies, developing IT Service Management practices, and implementing toolsets, resulting in the enhancement of IT service effectiveness to meet business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership in solution approaches educate sales teams on solution offerings and changes in the market and collaborate with support, services, and product teams to build out necessary solutions.
- Possesses in-depth understanding of Cloud models, solution consulting, enterprise architecture, pre-sales and account management, commercial modeling, bid management, project management, and business development.
- Strong Communicator with excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills and travel for Partner, Customer, and Organizational activities
