Senior Sales Executive

Our client is a Japanese MNC manufacturing company focusing on home appliances. They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to boost the retail team's sales and manage retail partners closely You will also be expected to expand the market reach and penetration in both traditional/ modern trade/project sales for our client's range of kitchen appliances.
- Reporting to Sales Manager/Director
- 【What you will be doing】- To achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by successfully managing the retail sales channel.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its growing presence.
- Imparting sales training sessions to dealer’s sales team including overall company retail business processes, daily sales operations, and customer management.
- To analyze the strengths and weaknesses of his dealer’s network for the purpose of assigning tasks to sales and marketing executives.
- Responsible for all administrative issues and keeping track of overall individual and team sales.
- Work closely with other functional groups not limited to Marketing, Accounts, Logistics and operation and HR to ensure accomplishment of the task assigned.
- Preparation of Monthly Sales, Collection Reports & Yearly Budget Plans.
- Updates on Market Shift and Competitors Activities; Involvement in Management Strategic Policies making process.
- Highly motivated individual and closely work with the sales team to accomplish assigned tasks and company objectives.

- At least 5 years of sales experience preferably in kitchen appliances handling both traditional and modern trade/ project sales.
- Experience in leading a sales team to drive sales from planning to closing and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (listening/speaking/writing) is essential to liaise with partners and stakeholders.
- Strong sales planning and execution
- Passionate and strong drive to achieve targets set.
- Comfortable for Business trips when required for Regional Sales and New Product Meetings.**English Level**:

- Commission: SGD 3,000-4,000 (on average, based on the company's and individual's performance)
- Annual Leave: 14 days (Maximum up to 21 days)
