ASSISTANT DIRECTOR / SENIOR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, FAMILY PROTECTION & SUPPORT DIVISION, LEGAL REGISTRY 2

**What you will be working on**
- The key responsibilities / duties for this position are:

- Frontline supervision and handling of registry and court operations;
- Support Judges in specialist court proceedings and court hearings which include arranging/confirming hearing dates, booking of court rooms, engagement of relevant language support services and updating of Judges’ calendars;
- Provide end to end administrative support for cases (file record movement and arrangement, retrieval of correspondence, classification of new and existing cases for follow up action);
- Handle day to day system requests, enquiries and issues received from government agencies/litigants/members of the public as well as provide prompt and accurate responses which require independent analysis and/or individual judgement within designated area of responsibility;
- Update and maintain documents, databases and systems (e.g. file classification, mail directives) to ensure accuracy and within prescribed timelines;
- Participate in projects for implementation of new initiatives and workflows with external stakeholders, as well as improve existing workflows and update of SOPs;
- Coordinate and work with multi-disciplinary teams internally as well as external agencies such as Minlaw, MSF, SPF in the holistic management of cases;
- Support stakeholders engagements with the community.

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a management position
- Strong leadership and managerial capability
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent customer service experience with members of the public and external stakeholders
- Problem solver with a growth mindset
