**Admin & HR Assistant (Part Time, Flexi Hours)**:
**Location**:Serangoon North
**Working Hours**:Mon-Fri, 10.30am - 3.30pm
**Salary**:$14 -19/hr
**Requirements**:
✔ Diploma/ Nitec in **Business Admin, HR**or related field
✔ **1+ year HR/Admin experience**
✔ Basic knowledge of **HR Practices**
✔ Familiarity with **HR/ Accounting software**(Xero) will be at advantage
**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR**:
- Assist in **Recruitment & Onboarding/ Offboarding**:
- Manage **Work Permit Applications, Renewals, Cancellations**:
- Maintain **Foreign Worker Records & Payroll support**:
- Prepare **HR letters**(employment, confirmation, resignation)
- ** Ad-hoc duties as assigned**
**Admin**:
- **Assist in raising quotation (covering)**:
- **Raise PO in Xero**:
- **PettyCash**:
- Maintain **Filing & Documentation**(invoices, receipts)
